We made an impromptu decision in Feb 2023 to do our pre-wedding shoot during our trip to Korea in Apr 2023. Availability was low as it was the cherry blossom season, but Noripy managed to secure Camelias studio for us and also responded very quickly each time in the 2 months leading up to the day itself (we had more than 70 email correspondences!). She is also very patient in attending to all our major and minor concerns. Their interpreter, Rainie, was very helpful as well in attending to us on the actual day, and also took lots of raw photos for us using my phone. The photographers and makeup artist at Camelias studio were great too! They only take one couple per day, so you get their full attention in accommodating to your needs (including a last minute change in outdoor location for us), and also provided us with 3 beautifully edited photos the next day immediately after our shoot as a small gift! We highly recommend Kohit and Camelias studio for anyone who is looking to do their pre-wedding shoot in Seoul!

From start to finish, we were treated so well. Noripy was our contact and was very prompt in answering our questions/emails. She was so helpful and very detailed, which made the whole process seamless.
Our interpreter, Carmen met us at our hotel and hailed the taxi to the studio about an hour away from Myeongdong. She was very good at translating instructions from the photographer and stylists quickly. The stylists were professional and made both of us feel like celebrities. They were skilled at altering the provided outfits and doing our hair and makeup, all while listening to our input. The tuxedos fit my fiancé like a glove, he wish he could’ve purchased them.
The photographer was phenomenal. I have had professional photos taken in the states, but this photographer is the most detailed one I’ve had. He had it down to a science in directing us to get the best angles for our head and bodies.
To our surprise, we received the unedited files very quickly. Even before any edits, they look marvelous. The studio sets they used look so vibrant and unique. I can’t wait to see the finished album and photo frames. I am completely satisfied and have zero regrets choosing KOHIT Wedding to do our photos. It was overall a five-star experience.
We did a pre wedding photoshoot at Jeju in Jan 22. Noripy was the one liaising with us before we travelled to Korea. She was responsive to all our queries before the shoot, which makes us more at ease. During the shoot, we have our photographer, makeup artist cum wedding dress helper and Noripy as our translator. We had an amazing experience with Kohit Wedding for our photoshoot. We wanted our pre wedding shoot to be a little different from the candid and natural western photography. The sets for the photoshoot were absolutely incredible, just like out of a fairytale. There were many dresses and suits to pick from and also more extravagant dresses for an additional cost per dress. Please note that the male needs to bring their own white shirt and shoes.
Communications of Noripy was fantastic. Noripy was very quick to respond and patient with us in following up on things we needed to action. Zoie our translated was lovely and bubbly which made the day incredibly fun. The hair and makeup provided was very eastern so it was important to be very specific about how you like your hair and makeup done. We also had an incredible helper who was with us the whole to help put on my dress and carry the really puffy ones.
My partner and I do not take photos often but the photographer was really good at giving us tips on how to naturally laugh and pose for every photo.

While we are not from South Korea, Noripy was very fast in responding and clear in her email response back to us that allowed us to make sound decisions on which studio and date to travel over.
On the day of the photoshoot, their amazing founder David picked us up and their translator Rainie was so friendly and helpful. My wife adores the makeup artist who did our makeup for about 1-2 hours. The photographer and entire team made us feel easy throughout the day with clear instructions in directing our poses, adjusting our attire and making us smile. We felt at home with them during the photoshoot as they were so accommodating to additional poses.

We did our pre-wedding photos with Kohit and could not be more pleased with the entire experience and most especially, our photos. There were so many beautiful studios to choose from, but we ultimately chose the Lavender package at Bong Studio. The day of the photoshoot was long and jam-packed but the team was very professional, efficient, and friendly. Special thanks to our amazing translator, Carmen and second photographer/videographer , David, the make up artist, photographer, and the Imo who assisted us the entire day. They made the photoshoot run smoothly and are the reason why our photos came out beautifully. When I compare the costs in America for photographers alone, the price we spent was well worth it. The packages truly are inclusive, from transportation, dresses/tuxes, photographer, translator, day-of help, and printed albums/photos, and even lunch. For the quality and service, I could not find anything comparable in America for the price we paid. From beginning to end, Kohit did an amazing job and we would absolutely recommend them.

The process was simple and everything was explained clearly from the first time we contacted Kohit. On the actual day, we needed English translator and Tammy was a great help to us! Everything was arranged for for us, from the transport from hotel to the studio and to the outdoor shoot and back to hotel. There were a lot of options for us to choose from the kind of makeup we want to the hairdo that I wanted (as a bride) to the dresses that I want. The makeup artist was patient and professional with her skills. The photoshoot itself was fun, photographer was clear and precise when directing us, telling us how to pose and sit, where to look and how to smile despite not being the best in front of the camera ourselvess. Towards the end he could sense that we were a bit tired and he made us laugh quite a bit despite the language barrier and that made the photos look amazing! I thought that it was going to take a couple of week before the photos were sent back to me but it was done in less than a week after the shoot. There were so many good shots that I didn’t know what to choose! It was definitely a good experience engaging Kohit for my pre-wedding shoot and I will strongly recommend it to my friends even if they don’t speak korean!

The make-up artist was super good and experienced in what she did. She made the bride feel so comfortable in her own skin as the bride wanted a more natural look.
The crew were very accommodating and had a personal touch despite the language barrier. The photographer and the on-site helper was very funny and friendly. As we are not used to being photographed, they even taught us how to pose and cracked jokes so that our smiles would become more natural.

My finance and I engaged Kohit wedding for our pre-wedding photoshoot. It was an enjoyable experience, we were greeted by a friendly translator (Zoie) who picked us up from our hotel. The make up artist and hair stylist were professional as well. During the outdoor and indoor photoshoot, the photographer and videographer made the entire process fun and efficient. We had a wonderful overseas pre-wedding shoot experience with Kohit. Noripy was very responsive and helpful to all of our queries through text. The package that we got includes everything that you need(outfits, make-up and hairstyling for both, heels, flowers, car transportation, translator and even lunch is provided). We literally went to the studio empty-handed and did not have to worry about anything. They have a group of professional make-up artist, hairstylist and ahjumma(to help out with outfits and poses). David, Zoe(translator) and the photographer did a great job to make us laugh candidly. Eventhough we don’t really know how to pose, they guided us really well and the whole photoshoot felt very comfortable. The unedited photos were sent to us around 2 weeks after the PWS. *Couples do remember to do some homework and provide images of gowns, make-up, hairstyle and shortlist preferred photos from their album. 🙂
We engaged Kohit after recommendation from friends, and also after we had done our research. Upon indicating interest, we were emailed by Noripy on the packages that were offered by Kohit. After making our selection and giving details on our trip, we made a deposit via paypal. The rest of the money was paid after the shoot. The day before the shoot, we were contacted by our translator, who confirmed the pick up time and our place of accommodation to pick us up for the shoot. On the day of the shoot, we first met our translator, who took a cab with us to get to the studio. We then head our makeup and attire fitting done, which took about an hour, before heading out for the outdoor shoot. After the outdoor shoot, we came back to the studio for lunch, followed by the indoor shoot. The crew were very welcoming and put us at ease. It was a very enjoyable and fuss free experience. We did not have to worry about anything. The only things you need to bring is that the male has to bring shoes. The female can report there as is, and everything else will be provided. Overall, a great experience. 10/10 would recommend.
We highly recommend Kohit Wedding Photoshoot for your pre-wedding shoot! We had our pre wedding shoot in March 2022 and the process went very smoothly. We thought that it was going to be difficult because of language barrier (as we were from SG) but Noripy and David were such good translators. They briefed us what to do and made sure that everything were smooth. We needed our clothes ironed, they brought their own steamer. Whatever we need, they get the items for us. The entire photoshoot was also hassle-free. It is done all in one day so that we can get to enjoy our trip on the other days. There is no need for us to come down to the studio to choose our photos (that’s where other companies do the hard-selling). Unlike other companies who do hard selling, Kohit doesn’t. They let us choose what we want. What you see on the website, it will turn out exactly like that. We love how the photographer is excellent in his skills too. Leading up to the days of the shoot, Kohit is also very prompt in their replies. They reply really quick and I was pleased to get my questions answered. Not to mentioned that they were good hosts too. They were fun and even bought us lunch. Ask them anything and they will do their best too help. Great experience, highly recommended! We had our pre-wedding photoshoot with Kohit (Acacia package) and it was a really fun experience. We had a translator who spoke English/Korean/Chinese, a helper auntie who helped me with the gowns and accessories, and an experienced photographer for the full duration of the photoshoot. They were all extremely helpful, had great attention to detail, and accommodated our requests (thank you very much!). They went above and beyond to make our photoshoot fun and memorable. Also included in our package were 2x hairstyles, 4 dresses, 2 tuxedos and makeup + retouch. Kohit is transparent with the fees (no hidden charges…what is decided prior to reservation is what we really got). And they’re also prompt with their replies. We’ve received the raw images ~1 week after the photoshoot. And ~1 month later, we’ve received the 30 photoshopped images we’ve shortlisted for our album (thank you to the editors as well who have acceded to our requests). The deliverables are well within the estimated dates Kohit has advised prior to booking confirmation. We recently used Kohit for a photoshoot in June 2023, I cannot express enough how fantastic the entire experience was. From the very beginning, communication with the team was outstanding. Despite arranging everything from Australia, the process was made remarkably easy thanks to their coordinator; Noripy’s help and patience. One of the standout aspects of our experience was the arrangement of a translator who picked us up and whose energy kept us going through a very long day of photography. The photography team itself was nothing short of exceptional. Our indoor photographer showcased a remarkable expertise in directing our poses and expressions, coaxing out the best shots from us. This was especially appreciated, considering our initial lack of confidence in front of the camera. Their skills transformed what could have been an intimidating experience into an enjoyable one. Our outdoor photographer was a creative genius, and his willingness to lend me his shoes when mine became unbearable is one of my favourite stories from our whole trip. A piece of advice for future clients: consider bringing your own comfortable shoes, as the day can be quite demanding. However, even this minor inconvenience pales in comparison to the overall positive experience. To cap off the day, the team went above and beyond once again by recommending the best nearby galbi BBQ restaurant and dropping us off. It’s these thoughtful gestures that set Kohit apart. We have recieved our final edited images, photobook and framed picures. The quality is outstanding, and every moment was captured beautifully. I wholeheartedly recommend Kohit to anyone seeking a truly exceptional pre-wedding photoshoot experience

I’ve had such a wonderful experience with my first overseas wedding photo shoot that I must tell the world! Our correspondence with an English speaking personnel was effortless as she was responsive and was able to answer all our questions, putting our minds at ease since we didn’t speak Korean. We had chosen the Jasmine studio which was a large studio with beautiful backdrops and props, not to mention that the night scenes captured were phenomenal. They also had an array of lovely dresses to choose from, so you don’t really need to bring your own gown. The makeup team were professional and did wonders on our makeup and hair. We had a stylist who was running around with us the whole day, fixing our hair and arranging our clothes to help with the shoot. Our photographer was such a pleasure to work with; skilled in helping us pose and look photogenic. He was friendly and tried to communicate with us even though some English which we super appreciated. Our interpreter was not only fantastic but she went above expectations by helping us capture some scenes with our cellphones, and she was on her toes the entire day with us every step of the way which we were eternally grateful for. Where we are from, there are no studios of this calibre with a dedicated team to shoot your dream pre/wedding photos without costing an arm and a leg. I highly recommend Kohit Wedding for those who are thinking about having their wedding photos taken if they’re travelling to Korea for a vacation.

Our driver/photographer, David, from Kohit, picked us and our translator up from the hotel and drove us to studio. Our translator, Maria, was very sweet and was our hype person; she made us smile and laugh when we needed it. And her translations helped us communicate with our studio photographer, helper, hair and makeup staff; very comfortable among the studio staff even with the language barrier. I hope our studio photographer still smiles at our photos even though I made him laugh at how bad my hands are positioned.
I love my helper/assistant, auntie was the best person to help me throughout the dress and jewelry selection. If I could, I would steal her because she was always attentive when my hair bangs were out of place. The best hair bang pusher; I need this to be the duty of one of my bridesmaids. It is a game changer.

We had a fantastic experience with Kohit Wedding! Our initial contact with Noripy was responsive and she advise us greatly with the different selections, studios, prices etc. We agreed on the shoot and date. On the actual day in Seoul, we were greeted and welcome by our chaperone Zoie, who arranged our transport from our hotel to the studio. She even got us snacks and bkfast as we needed to start travel at 5am! From the makeup and hair to the shoot itself, we were accompanied by Zoie who also acted as our interpreter. My experience with Kohit Wedding was great! I highly recommend booking with them! They have a variety of aesthetic packages and the prices are very reasonable as compared to other companies I’ve seen. I do recommend booking at least 2-3 months ahead of time to ensure the package and day you want is available. Most studios usually only allow 2 appointments each day.
On the actual day, our translator was friendly and supportive throughout the whole process. We didn’t have to stress or worry about anything as make up, hair, clothes, transportation, and even lunch was taken care of. We choose the Iris package which had both modern and traditional Korean aesthetics including an outdoor shoot. The Nadri studio staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating to our needs.

When we got to Korea we had a whole team helping us from picking us up from our hotel to doing my makeup and trying on dresses and suits. I would definitely recommend shooting with Kohit Wedding if you’re a foreigner in Korea looking for pre-wedding photos. The package we selected included a wide variety of scenes and outfits changes, and they accommodated my ask to include some shots with my traditional Chinese dress. I booked Kohit after researching some studios and Reddit told me that it may be worth it to have a helper to help us navigate the whole thing. I did try to contact some studios directly but their communication was slow. So I browsed Kohit website and was a bit overwhelmed so I decided to contact them. I did try to go directly to the studios but their communication was slow and harder to do in English. I will break my review into parts since there were so many parts and people:Pre-shoot: communication was smooth with Noripy, very informative and patient as she walked me through the process and what I wanted and didn’t want and how to arrange payment. instructions were very detailed on how the process would go and how to prepare. Helper and translator: my helper was Zoie and she messaged me on Whatsapp the day before the shoot with preparation instructions and helped me arrange a last minute shirt since my husband realized the one he brought didn’t fit. She was punctual on the morning of and helped us get a taxi to the studio and later arranged a taxi for us to return to our hotel. She was translating for us with the other staff,bounce between my husband and I as we got ready and communicate photographer instructions as we took pictures. She also helped me carry my shrug as it was chilly when we were outside for photos. I am not fluent in Korean but I can understand a lot due to watching dramas for 20 years. And I feel like by midday when she realized I could handle myself pretty well listening to the dress manager and fumbling my way through some responses, she did slack off a bit instead of actively translating. My husband speaks no Korean and some parts he was confused as to what was happening as a result. Overall though I was glad for her help.Make up and hair: the studio space had a room for makeup and hair with half a dozen chairs. I am darker than koreans and often can’t find my shade and undertone in cushions so i brought my foundation as instructed. My makeup lady said they had my shade and just asked me what I wanted. I didn’t have a preference. I only said I liked warm tones to see what she could do. The make up was done well but my face was definitely paler than normal but that’s just Korean style. They did cover up my acne flareup on my cheek pretty well. However, the base definitely did not hold my shine away and my undereyes were super wrinkly by the 3rd or 4th hour and that does not occur when I do my own makeup. Even with the half day touch-ups, I think the make up does need some work. And as for hair there would be 3 kinds so they asked me what I wanted for each dress change. They suggested I added some hair pieces for extra price to add volume. I agreed since I had fine hair. They blended the hair pieces well and the hair held up pretty much all day and came out amazing on camera. Dresses and suits: the dress manager is the sweetest lady. She would help dress for husband and I, help us move around during the shoot and fix anything out of place during the photos. I would say that you should have extra money for any extras like dresses or suits for the groom that you want to upgrade. There are standard options but I would say those are more limited. My helper did inform me of the extra prices and even steer me away from very expensive options. Alas, I am a picky girl and since this is not my actual pre wedding shoot (I got married several years ago), I went with more color options for myself and my husband picked upgrades for himself too. They do have options for jewelry you can pick from for each outfit and bow ties for men but you can bring your own. My dress manager was super accommodating the entire day, even fixing my hair between photos. I adored her as we communicated by my limited understanding of Korean most of the day. Later on she was so concerned about me being cold for the casual outside shoot, she gave me a shawl as “service” and was fussing over me being barefoot and cold in the studio.Photographer and assistant: my photographer and her assistant/send shooter was also lovely. She was young and quite bubbly, making the shoot comfortable and did amazing. She came in a bit late but got to work asking us what photos we wanted and immediately got to work. It was efficient and she caught some candid moments too. At the outside portion she found seemingly ordinary spots on the street that popped on photos and her assistant was super helpful on catching moments too. I hope over time he gains confidence in his skills too since he was very kind.Post shoot: they said it would take 2 weeks to get photos but we got it in a little over a week. The email also has detailed instructions on how to pick photo and get editing. The photos were amazing quality and there were so many of them, we had a hard time picking. Also, there was little to edit because they were well framed.
Overall: I thought the entire experience was positive. My husband also said he thought it was very good and didn’t realize how many moving pieces and people were involved and so it was well worth it. I would totally do it again and the photos will be a great addition to our walls at home.

When I first messaged them for more information, they had responded within an hour. All contact was then done through email, and they have a translator who you can chat with. We had chose a whole day shoot package which was day and night, and we cannot thank them enough. Everyone was tired but our translator, photographer, videographer and stylist had cheered us on throughout the whole day. There were many dresses and suits to choose from and they actually let you choose what backgrounds you want. (which was a huge plus).

We had our pre-wedding photoshoot through Kohit Wedding in late January and we could not have been more satisfied!
